All items are shipped from Los Angeles.
If you would like expedited or priority shipping, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing on top of the shipping time.
ROSEFFY is not responsible for the following:
・Delays in international shipping, such as those caused by customs
・Customs duties or taxes (No refunds will be issued if a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees)
・Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Buyers are fully responsible for claims with the shipping carrier and for any customs duties and handling fees.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final (no returns).
Exchanges are accepted only for sizing issues or items with obvious manufacturing defects, within 7 days of delivery.
Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the item to: roseffy.rosefluffy@gmail.com
Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
A 22% restocking fee may apply depending on the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, in unworn/unused condition, and accompanied by the printed receipt.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
Sale items (including those purchased with discount codes or during promotional campaigns) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible.
However, the actual color may vary depending on your monitor settings.
We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be 100% accurate.
