【Due to custom production, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to size or color of ordered items after order confirmation.】
However, in case of defective products meeting the conditions below or if you receive a different item from what you ordered, we will gladly exchange or resend the product. Requests for exchange or resend must be made within 5 days of product arrival (including the arrival date) through the contact form. In this case, the return shipping fee will be covered by us. Providing your order number when contacting us will facilitate prompt assistance.

Conditions for Product Exchange are as follows: ・Received item is frayed or torn. ・Item gets damaged immediately upon wearing. *Damage occurring after use is not eligible. ・Received color or size clearly differs from the displayed information. However, please note that returns or exchanges due to differences in color appearance on the browser or buyer's perception are not accepted for all products.
